Will it climb all types of steps?

XSTO stair climbing is for transporting heavy loads up and down stairs up to 8.3 inches high.

Does it scratch on high end wood floors?

This model is made to climb all stairs up to 8.3 " in height. If the wheels are cleaned off you should not have any issues with scratching floors.

Will this work on carpeted stairs? How about wood, cement, etc.?

Yes, this will work on carpeted stairs as well, but only if the carpet is fully attached to the stairs. This stair climber will work indoors and outdoors alike. Cement, Wood, Iron and all types of stairs.

Are there any specific requirements for someone to operator this stair climber?

Operator should be in good physical health. We recommend operator should be between the ages of 18-70.

Could the stair climber be overloaded?

No. It can't.

Notes

  • This stair climber is recommended to be used below 1000 meters altitude, and the environmental humidity is required to be within the range of 45%-85% (no coagulated snow).

  • Before initial operation, please ensure the machine is operated in an environment higher than 0 ℃.

  • Do not allow other people to stand behind the machine during operation! Prevent the machine from tipping over due to improper operation and cause danger to the operator.
